Red line tunnel problems

The wise contractors realized that doing business with WMATA is a complete disaster. It's not worth being associated with such a poorly managed organization with such a terrible record of safety and reliability. I wouldn't want their janitorial contract let alone a tunnel contract.

This is really just a test to try a new method of sealing. If it works, there will be more substantive shutdowns to finish the job.
