Watco - Kaw River

The Watco line is to be called Kaw River RR, Inc. They filed notice of exemption with STB, and almost immediately UTU filed to have the exemption revoked. Kaw River recently filed a gag order with STB, meaning we won't hear much about what's happening for now. Basically, this is not a 'done deal' just yet.
