Today's case of overcrowding was a sure call by middle level management not properly reporting what was forming until it was too late. Didn't see that happen over at MTA or with the Port Authority. In fact other than a brief 3 hour period we had the airtran running throughout the storm.I don't think that Middle Level Management is to blame. Middle Level Management is scared to even open their mouths because they do not have the job security that union employees do. Middle Levels just go with what the bosses tell them. Unfortunately many of the bosses have no idea how to run a railroad because they got there through connections or because of politics.

We would be lucky if it is only 15%, but my money is on 20%. Anything less and we will see brutal service cuts on NJRail.Unless the next governor actually cares about transit and covers that hike via money from someone else in the budget.
