No scenes from Unstoppable were filmed on NYA. The list in that newsletter is by no means a complete list of films and TV shows that were shot on NYA property.

One of the earlier films not listed was "The Sweet and Lowdown" by Woody Allen. Several scenes were shot at Fresh Pond and the main office at the time was covered in a wooden shroud. The video below is a shot of one scene showing the train, LIRR ore jennies stenciled "PENNSYLVANIA" and the building. Yours truly was operating the train.

There is another scene with Pond at 1:00:00.

More importantly than movie credits which many cities says sometimes cost money, is the clearance of Plate F cars into Western Queens and Brooklyn. Something that can actually have a lasting economic impact. Should help increase business with certain commodities down that way towards LIC and Bushwick.

Yes, Plate F is the big news.

Movies and TV are a whole other topic - ENY tunnel has been used many times.

This sure leads one to believe other...

"Posters featuring movies and shows that have filmed on various
NY&A properties line the walls of the railroad’s offices.
Top: Posters from the TV show “Persons of Interest” and the
movie “Man on a Ledge.” Bottom: Posters from the movie
“Unstoppable” and the TV show “The Blacklist.”"

I can put an Unstoppable poster up on my wall in my office. It doesn't mean the movie was filmed there.

Take it to the bank...Nothing in that movie was filmed at NYA, despite what the newsletter editor believes.
