According to Douglas B. Nuckles' Baltimore & Ohio E-Unit Diesel Passenger Locomotives, both EA A and B units were equipped with WH-486 generators and WH366E traction motors.

Thank you hutton_switch for the reply. The Santa Fe E1s had GE electrical gear. And the UP E2s had one set with GE gear and the other with Westinghouse.
