I came across a site today that I think is the best site for aerial photos. I mean you can see your own car parked in your drive way with this site (literately). You can look at old ROW, rail yards and you can get up close enough to see each individual rail car itself. Though I have come a cross this site before; it has been a while and I thought I would just share it with you. (Though some of you may have already known about this site) Just keep clicking on an area of the US of your desire and you will keep getting closer and closer to the point where you can see cars parked in drive ways and so on.
I myself was taking a look at Lowell, MA and found the close up pictures came in very clear.

It takes real skill to choke on air, fall up the stairs and trip over nothing. I have those skills.
