This AM's (8/16/14) Flyer consist had only 8 cars and the 1119 (N) and 010 (S). The 1711 had been removed. Having a train with 9 cars and two engines would have been impossible to store in Hyannis yard and allow the scenic trains to access the yard.

9201 cleared Bay with 82 or 84 passengers aboard.

Geesh. We've seen that engine enough times!!

Judging by the empty bi level cars, I dont think too many people were on the northbound out of Hyannis

Dont know about the ridership levels but this weekends Flyer has the 010 leading south and the 1711 leading north.

that was from a week ago....

This weekends consist had 010 south and 1711 north, but the 1059 capped the 1711 northbound for at least Sunday

Just goes to show that it takes many people to create a successful operation.

With this weekend being the last one for cape flyer till next memorial day hopefully all cars will be full

MBTA Extra 010 just cleared Bay @ 6:45 (late because of police in Middleboro) with 267 passengers aboard.
