A group of hikers (at least 3) would qualify for a 'Quiet Trail'. No cell phones, voices at a whisper.

BUT if it was more than 3, only the first 3 would have to be quiet. ALA the quiet ride car.

Contacted local state rep bout the issue. Will post any replies.

It would be interesting to see what happens if it was put in place and someone or a vehicle got hit.
