Medford Track Work

What track work are they doing in Medford? Looks like the are installing a concrete tie crossing at bellport ave but they cut the bushes back really far from the tracks as well. Maybe a second track?

No second track. They're trimming the brush back all down the line. Haven't seen it this clear in years.

I figured a second track was a long shot was thinking maybe even a siding of some sort but figured probably not. I just never seen it so clear over there. Thanks
