Visiting the R&N in Port Clinton?

I'd like to visit the R&N at Port Clinton sometime soon to see the area for the first time. As I understand it, if you sign a release, one has reasonable access to the area. Then I heard they would like advance notice of your visit.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I've never signed a release and been there a nember of times. Every employee I've run into has told me where trains were out on the line so we could chase them or at least get action shots.

As an update, visited PC yesterday, nothing was moving but saw more R&N engines before then ever. Anyone have links to historical views of the area? Also visited Cressona, etc.
