Mysterious Q closure Nov. 16-17

So the Q is ostensibly not running north of Church Avenue this weekend, but I live in apartment adjacent to the tracks, and trains seem to be running on a regular weekend schedule -- but empty. Does anyone know what's going on?

There was a GO this past weekend on the (Q). They were relaying trains on the tracks up to Prospect Park, so that's what you might have seen.

GO = General Order (planned service disruption)
