Wow...Case Brothers Paper in East Hartford!! I believe that company was located on Burnside Ave and now the building is called the Powder Mill Shopping Center. The Case Brother branch ROW is still there -- it was when I left East Hartford in 2004.

Fantastic!
I remember well the tannery complex in Norwood. I used to bike around it when I was a kid and explore the maze of trackage there. I had no idea they had thier own switcher on site.
I now work in one of the buildings that was part of the Ponemah Mills complex. I believe the view of the Black Mariah" is to my left as I walk down from the parking lot to where I work each day. I had heard but must have forgotten that the branch was electrified and had it's own locomotive.
Speaking of the mill, I see it's indicated that the loco is "preserved,"... I'm wondering where and by whom, and if it still exists?
