Huh? I'm confused? X239/8370 is extra service when theres a concert at PNC that causes issues. There are no more concerts on the calendar that cause issues, therefore X239/8370 does not need to operate anymore this year.

All of these special train movements, crewing changes, manipluation changes are getting real old fast too. This week: 2 meadowlands concerts, PNC, dinky outage, catanery outage on NJCL...my head is spinning and I'm sure so is everyone elses...
