What has become of the exLIRR GP38-2s after they were rebuilt by NS at Altoona? Any in the area? And were they repainted? Thanks.

their mostly UP yellow and had Dynamic brake added.
Their part of what use to be EMD lease fleet.

If Conductors are in charge, why are they promoted to be Engineer???
