That is obviously the Plattsburgh, NY Yard on the Champlain/4th Subdivision of the D&H. The picture is taken from the loading platform at the depot

I had thought it could of been at Plattsburgh,I have been there a couple of times before,but the picture didn`t look like any I had taken.
