Get enough of these Northeastern Route repaints hanging around Altoona one day and it'll look like the early days of Conrail!!!! Also I have to ask, when the time comes (and hopefully not for a looooooonnnnngggg time) is the Conrail unit going to recieve a patch job first? ;-)

Thats NYC engine is amazing

it sucks the New Haven one is not getting done. a double headed of NH/NYC NH/PRR and to see the new haven colors down south in general

Norfolk Southern Heritage locomotives to gather in North Carolina for July 4 'family portrait'

NORFOLK, Va., May 21, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Norfolk Southern's Heritage locomotives will gather for a "family portrait" at the North Carolina Transportation Museum (NCTM) in Spencer, N.C., during the Fourth of July week. All 20 locomotives painted in the color schemes of predecessor railroads will be on display July 3 and 4.
