Postby adamj023 » Sat Jul 29, 2017 1:16 pm

Anyone know what happened on the Amtrak Keystone line? Says service disruption for all Keystone trains.

Nothing mentioned on newswires or from Amtrak.

There's a report from JoeG on All Things Pennsylvanian and Keystone West that there was (and is?) a propane leak at Steelton, requiring bussing between Harrisburg and Middletown. (I suppose that means they're single-lining between Middletown and Roy?)

It took them till tonight to fix the propane leak and declare the area safe. I am assuming Amtrak service will return to normal tomorrow.
